Principle
The circulating chill down device drives the refrigeration system through the Compressor, uses R404A refrigerant to achieve rapid cooling, and the circulating pump provides high Flow rate liquid circulation to ensure stable solution temperature in the bath. The controller precisely monitors and adjusts the temperature, triggering an alarm protection mechanism when the temperature is abnormal or the system is overpressurized.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V +/- 10%/50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature parameters through the LCD display controller.
3. Place the experimental solution or Glass vessel in an open bath.
4. Start circulating pump and refrigeration system to monitor Temperature Stability.
5. During the experiment, the bath cover can be opened to observe the condensate state in real time.
6. Turn off the equipment after use, and clean the heat exchanger tube and condenser if necessary.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V +/- 10%/50HZ requirements to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage operation.
• Pay attention to Compressor overheating and overload protection alarms during operation, and deal with abnormal situations in time.
• The temperature of the solution in the bath should be controlled within the range of -20~ 20 ° C to avoid exceeding the Temperature range.
• Regularly clean the heat exchanger tube and condenser to keep the equipment clean and prevent dust accumulation.
• When using the magnetic adsorption front gear, no tools are required, and light operation is required to avoid damage.
When the equipment is running, the noise of the whole machine should be controlled at ≤ 45 decibels. If there is any abnormality, it needs to be checked.
• When adapting Rotary evaporator, pay attention to the volume limit to avoid overloading.
• When selecting the R485 Communication interface, connect the computer correctly to ensure the safety of data export.
