YIHENG BWR-05A circulating chill down device is a new generation of small circulating chill down equipment, using fluorine-free design, green environmental protection, the introduction of digestion of foreign technology, with accurate temperature control, small volume, low noise, Flow rate, fast cooling, high efficiency, low energy consumption and other characteristics, compared with traditional equipment cooling time reduced by 35%, long service life.
Features
1. LCD controller, one screen display of multiple sets of data, Menu Operating interface, accurate and reliable temperature control, can confirm the operation of the instrument at any time.
2. Compressor overheating, overload protection, bath solution temperature is high, low and refrigeration system overpressure display flashing beep alarm.

Principle
Circulating chill down through the Compressor drive refrigerant circulation, heat exchanger tube for heat exchange, reduce the bath temperature of the solution; LCD controller to accurately adjust the temperature, circulating pump to provide fast Flow rate, to achieve efficient cooling.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V +/- 10%/50Hz.
2. Open the bath cover and add the desired solution or place the Glass.
3. Temperature range (-20~ 20 ℃) and Stability parameters are set by LCD controller.
4. Start the equipment, the circulating pump starts to work, and monitors the Flow rate and temperature display.
5. Use the optional R485 interface to connect to the computer for data export or real-time display.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the bath tank and heat exchanger tube.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V +/- 10%/50HZ requirements to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage operation.
• The equipment has Compressor overheating, overload protection and buzzer alarm functions, and timely inspection when abnormalities occur.
• The temperature of the solution in the bath must not exceed the Temperature range to prevent damage to the equipment.
• Regularly clean the heat exchanger tube and front baffle condenser dust to maintain efficient heat dissipation.
• Pay attention to the weight of the whole machine (44Kg) when moving the device to avoid dumping.
Rotary evaporator should not exceed the specified volume and number of units (e.g. 5L × 1).
• When using acidic or organic solutions, make sure the bath and utensils are compatible to prevent corrosion.
