Overview
TBJ-X3-DJ2 Automatic Film Applicator is an extrusion flat Coater composed of a Spreader platform, an automatic feeding system and a Control system. It uses slot-die extrusion feeding for Spreader, including adjustable thickness drawdown blade and bar Spreader process, optional 4-sided Applicator, mainly used in laboratory research and development, can work in the glove box, and also supports production Film Applicator customization.

Principle
The device uses a slot-die extrusion feeding method for Spreader. The material is transported to the Spreader platform through an automatic feeding system, and an adjustable thickness drawdown blade or bar is used to form a uniform coating on the surface of the substrate. The Control system precisely controls the coating speed, thickness and Travel through the Touchscreen. The Vacuum chuck system ensures that the substrate is firmly fixed. The heating system can temperature control the baseplate to achieve specific Spreader effects.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck platform
2. Select the appropriate Spreader tool (drawdown blade or bar) according to your needs
3. Set Spreader Thickness, Speed and Travel Parameters
4. Load materials into the feeding system
5. Start Vacuum chuck fixed substrate
6. Start the Spreader Process
7. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
