XR-14 Latex High-Speed Mechanical Stability Tester is a high-speed mechanical stability instrument of JINHE brand, which meets the standard requirements of "GBT 8301-2008 Determination of Mechanical Stability of Condensed Natural Latex" and "SHT 1151-1998 Determination of High-Speed Mechanical Stability of Synthetic Latex". The instrument is mainly suitable for mechanical Stability testing of natural and synthetic Latex in Latex production units and scientific research institutes. Principle
The instrument simulates the mechanical stress during actual use by stirring the Latex sample at high speed and performing mechanical shearing on the Latex at a specific Rotation speed (14000r/min +/- 200r/min). The mechanical Stability endpoint of the Latex is judged by monitoring the time point when the latex appears during the agitation process, so as to evaluate the mass and Stability of the Latex.

Steps
100G of the sample was diluted with ammonia solution so that the solids by volume reached 55% of the total mass fraction.
2. Immediately use the heating device to heat the sample to 36~ 37 ° C, while gently stirring
3. Filter the heated Latex with stainless steel wire mesh, weigh 80g Latex and put it in the container
4. Verify that the Latex temperature is 35 ° C +/- 1 ° C, and place the Latex in the specified position of the instrument
5. Stirrer Rotation speed at 14000r/min +/- 200r/min
6. Use the palm method or surface dispersion method to determine the endpoint
7. To confirm the end point, the stirringdevice can be stirred for another 15S and then sampled for verification

• Conditions of use: Temperature 10 ℃~ 40 ℃, Humidity < 85% RH
• Rotation speed must be controlled within the range of 14000r/min +/- 200r/min
• LaTeX temperature should be strictly controlled at 35 ℃ +/- 1 ℃
• Glass rods should be used for sampling
• The end point can be judged by hand-held method or surface dispersion method
To confirm the accuracy of endpoints, validation sampling is recommended
