Overview
ASP400-L400 Mayer Rods is a mid-to-high-end coating applicator in China. It adopts a formed process and is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, which is easy to clean and has good corrosion resistance. The total length of the rod is 400mm, the effective application width is 300mm, and the hand-held part at both ends is 5cm. No matching handle is required, and it can be directly hand-held and scraped. This series of Mayer Rods provides Moulding thickness rod numbers in the range of 180~ 600 microns, which are suitable for the experimental needs of Coatings, inks, glues, Resin, New materials, etc. that require thicker films.

Principle
ASP Mayer Rods performs Spreader operation through a formed process, and scrapes directly at both ends during use to form a uniform wet-film on the surface of the substrate.
