Overview
ASP Mayer Rods is a mid-to-high-end coating applicator in China. It adopts a formed process and is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, which is easy to clean and has good corrosion resistance. The total length of the rod is 400mm, the effective application width is 300mm, and the hand-held part at both ends is 5cm. There is no need for a matching handle, and it can be directly hand-held and scraped. This series of Mayer Rods provides Moulding thickness rods in the range of 180~ 600 microns, which are suitable for the experimental needs of Coating, inks, glue, Resin, New material, etc. that require preparation of thicker films.

Principle
Mayer Rods forms a uniform wet-film on the surface of the substrate through a formed process, using stainless steel rods to scrape liquid materials such as Coatings and inks within the application width range, and preparing the experimental film of the specified thickness.
