ASP600-L400 Mayer Rods is a mid-to-high-end coating applicator in China. It adopts a formed process and is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, which is easy to clean and has good corrosion resistance. The total length of the rod is 400mm, the effective application width is 300mm, and the hand-held part at both ends is 5cm. No matching handle is required, and it can be directly hand-held and scraped. Principle
Mayer Rods forms a uniform wet-film by scraping on the surface of the substrate through a formed process, and uses the specific diameter and structure of the stainless steel rod body to control the thickness of the Spreader to achieve accurate film thickness preparation.
