FANGZHOU FZ-863 PH Electrode is a professional Electrode designed for the measurement of strong acid, strong alkali and high temperature samples. The Electrode uses a special glass film that is resistant to hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali and high temperature. It can work stably in the pH value range of 1 to 13 and in a temperature environment of 0 to 130 ° C. It effectively reduces acid and alkali errors and reduces the risk of Glass film corrosion.

Principle
PH Electrode measures the pH value by creating a potential difference between the glass film and the sample. When the Electrode is immersed in the solution, the hydrogen ions on the surface of the Glass film exchange with the hydrogen ions in the solution, resulting in a membrane potential that is proportional to the pH value of the solution. The reference system maintains a stable reference potential through a silver ion trap and a porous PTFE liquid complex, and a temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time and compensates.

Steps
1. Connect the Electrode BNC interface to the pH meter
2. Remove Electrode protective cap and rinse Electrode with deionized water
3. Immerse the Electrode in the sample to be tested to ensure that the liquid complex is completely submerged
4. Record the PH value after waiting for the reading to stabilize
5. Electrode rinse with deionized water after measurement
6. Put on a protective cap and keep it properly
