Overview
The AISRY ASR-NZ-12 vertical low temperature folding tester is used to test the cold resistance of finished shoes, rubber, plastics, soles, synthetic leather and other materials to evaluate the material or finished product adaptability to low temperature climates or cold regions. The machine is made of stainless steel and can be equipped with various folding clamps to meet different testing requirements.

Principle
The testing machine reduces the temperature of the test inner box to a set low temperature (such as -30 ° C) through the Compressor and refrigeration system, and in this low temperature environment, drives the installed folding fixture through the built-in drive mechanism to repeatedly bend the sample (such as sole, leather, etc.) to simulate the material's folding performance under cold conditions, so as to evaluate its cold resistance.

Steps
1. Install the specimen on the corresponding folding fixture.
2. Close the box door and set the required test temperature and bending times through the temperature controller.
3. Start the equipment and the testing machine starts to cool down to the set temperature.
4. After reaching the temperature, the device automatically or manually starts the bending test program.
5. Automatically stop after the test reaches the set number of times, or manually stop after observing the damage of the sample.
6. Take out the sample and evaluate its cold resistance and folding performance.
Notice
• The power supply of the equipment needs to be matched (AC380V 50Hz or AC220V 50Hz), and ensure that the grounding is good, and pay attention to leakage protection.
• The Compressor has a 5-minute start delay protection, and frequent switching should pay attention to the interval.
• Before testing, check whether the fixture is firmly installed and whether the sample clamping is correct.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature stability and test accuracy.
• Regularly check the refrigerant, Compressor and electrical system to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• The weight of the equipment is large (420kg), and it is necessary to ensure that the ground is flat and stable during handling and installation.
• Pay attention to the power consumption of the equipment (4-6KW) to ensure that the power supply line has sufficient capacity.
