Overview
LEDUV Curing Oven is a LED UV UV light curing equipment, dedicated to rapid curing glues, inks, UV wood paints and varnishes. The length of the equipment is 1500mm, the net width is 300mm, the working face is 700mm from the ground, the luminous surface size is 280 * 30mm, the wavelength is 395nm, the Light intensity is adjustable, and the speed range is 0-6 meters.
Features
1. The UV lamp can be controlled to start and stop at any time, with stepless dimming function, and real-time Power can be read through the panel digital display Power meter.
2. Water-Cooled machine is equipped with over-temperature, no water and other protection alarm functions.
3. The height of the UV lamp can be adjusted separately, and a special UV-resistant light blocking curtain is installed at the discharge port to effectively prevent light leakage.
4. The roller is designed with galvanized roller surface knurling to ensure smooth transportation and adjustable function.

Principle
The LEDUV Curing Oven uses LED UV UV Illuminant to illuminate the surface of the workpiece and uses UV energy at a wavelength of 395 nm to rapidly cure materials such as glues, inks, UV wood paints and varnishes. The equipment uses a Water-Cooled system to control the temperature to ensure stable operation and achieve a precise curing process with adjustable light intensity and speed.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the input is single-phase three-wire 220VAC 50HZ.
2. Start the Water-Cooled machine and check whether the ultra-mild and anhydrous protection function is normal.
3. Adjust the height of the UV lamp and the position of the roller to fit the workpiece.
4. Light intensity and conveying speed are set through the panel (adjustable from 0 to 6 meters).
5. Turn on the UV lamp for curing process and monitor the real-time Power.
6. Turn off the UV lamp and equipment power after curing.
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is in the range of 0-40 ° C, and the relative humidity is 20-90%.
• Regularly check the Water-Cooled machine circulating water Flow rate and temperature to prevent overheating or no water.
• Avoid looking directly at UV Illuminants during operation, use light blocking curtains to prevent UV leakage.
• Device weight is large (Curing Oven about 120KG, Water-Cooled machine about 40KG), need to pay attention to safety when handling.
• Customized parameters such as Length, Net Width and Appearance need to be confirmed in advance to ensure compatibility.
