LEDUV Curing Oven uses LED UV UV light curing equipment for fast curing of glues, inks, UV wood paint, Gloss oil. Device size is 1500mm long/mesh width 400mm/face 700mm off the ground, with Light intensity adjustable and speed adjustable 0-6 meters.

Principle
LEDUV Curing Oven uses LED UV UV Illuminant, which makes glue, inks, UV wood paint, Gloss oil and other materials rapidly cured by UV irradiation at a wavelength of 395nm. Operating temperature is kept stable through the Water-Cooled system, and precise curing control is achieved through adjustable UV lamp Power and conveying speed.

Steps
1. Connect the single-phase three-wire 220VAC 50HZ power supply
2. Adjust UV Lamp Power (0% -100% Adjustable)
3. Adjust the conveying speed (0-6 meters adjustable)
4. Adjust the UV lamp irradiation distance (10~ 50mm)
5. Set Water-Cooled Machine Temperature range (5-35 ℃)
6. Start the equipment for curing operation
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 0-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should be kept within the range of 20-90%
• Make sure the Water-Cooled machine has enough water before use to avoid running without water
• Pay attention to prevent UV light leakage and use light blocking curtains for effective protection
• Device weight is heavy (Curing Oven about 120KG, Water-Cooled machine about 40KG), pay attention to safety when handling
• Noise does not exceed 45dB (A) when the equipment is running
