Overview
The CHAOGU CG-GHL-700A LEDUV assembly line adopts high-strength LED UV Illuminant and Water-Cooled cooling system, which is suitable for curing materials such as UV ink, UV Gloss oil, UV glue, etc. The whole machine length is 1500mm, the mesh belt width is 300mm, the working surface is 700mm from the ground, and it is equipped with 395nm wavelength LED Illuminant. Light intensity and transmission speed are adjustable, and support 0-6 m/min speed range.

Principle
The device emits UV light with a wavelength of 395nm through the LED UV Illuminant, which irradiates the surface of the material that needs to be cured. UV energy chemically reacts with photoinitiators in UV ink, Gloss oil or glue for rapid curing. The Water-Cooled system continuously chills down the LED Illuminant to ensure stable operation of the equipment, while the conveyor system smoothly transports the workpiece through the curing area.

Steps
1. Connect power supply: connect to single-phase three-wire 220VAC power supply
2. Start the Water-Cooled machine: ensure that the water cycle is normally chilled down
3. Set parameters: Adjust Light intensity Power and transfer speed
4. Start the UV lamp: start the curing operation
5. Monitor operation: observe equipment status and alarm prompts
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 0-40 ℃
• relative humidity should be controlled at 20-90%
• Ensure that the water volume of the Water-Cooled machine is sufficient before use to avoid running without water
• Regularly check the roller adjustment function and the running status of the mesh belt
• Be careful to keep the UV Illuminant distance within the range of 30-50mm
• Do not look directly at the UV Illuminant when the equipment is running
