Overview
The CHAOGU CG-GHL-1000A LEDUV assembly line adopts high-strength LED UV Illuminant and Water-Cooled heat dissipation technology, which is suitable for curing materials such as UV ink, UV Gloss oil, UV glue, etc. The length of the equipment is 1500mm (customizable), the net Bandwidth is 400mm (customizable), the working face is 700mm off the ground, the size of the luminous surface is 400 * 30mm, the wavelength is 395nm, the Light intensity and speed are adjustable (0-6 m/min), and the energy output is 3000-5000mJ/cm ².

Principle
The LEDUV assembly line emits ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 395nm through the high-intensity LED UV Illuminant, which irradiates on the surface of the material and initiates a light curing reaction of UV ink, Gloss oil or glue. The equipment adopts a Water-Cooled system to dissipate the Illuminant to ensure stable operation, and controls the curing process through adjustable light intensity and conveying speed to achieve efficient and uniform curing effect.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply: use single-phase three-wire 220VAC 50HZ power wiring.
2. Start the Water-Cooled machine: Ensure that the Water-Cooled machine works normally, and the circulating water Flow rate is within the range of 8L-35L/min.
3. Set parameters: Adjust Light intensity (0% -100% adjustable) and conveying speed (0-6 m/min).
4. Control UV lamp: start and stop UV lamp at any time for curing operation.
5. Monitor operation: Observe the protection function of the Water-Cooled machine, such as over-temperature or no water alarm.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 0-40 ℃, relative humidity 20-90%.
• Ensure that the circulating water Flow rate of the Water-Cooled machine is normal and avoid running without water.
• Regularly check the roller and mesh belt to ensure smooth transportation.
• Pay attention to UV Illuminant when operating, avoid direct exposure.
• Power wiring must comply with the single-phase three-wire 220VAC standard.
