Overview
TS8450 is a portable Benchtop Colorimeter with 45/0 Optical inspection structure. It adopts 256 pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor and imported whiteboard, while taking into account Measurement speed and convenience of operation. Instrument Repeatability Delta E * ab is easily controlled within 0.02, Inter-instrument Agreement Delta E * ab is controlled within 0.15, accurate measurement, can be used for accurate analysis and transmission of laboratory Color. Suitable for luminance factor and chromaticity coordinate measurement of traffic signs, markings, reflective films, including GB 2893, GB/T 18833 standard colors, can manually customize polygonal rectangular tolerance.

Principle
The TS8450 adopts a 45/0 Optical inspection structure. By combining full Light spectrum LED Illuminant and UV Illuminant illumination samples, using planar grating spectroscopy technology, the reflected light is received by a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor, and the measurement Wavelength range is 400~ 700nm, and the interval is 10nm. Light spectrum data of the sample is analyzed to calculate Color parameters.

Steps
1. Connect DC 24V Power Adapter
2. Turn on to warm up and calibrate the instrument
3. Measurement mode: single measurement or average measurement (2~ 99 times)
4. Place the sample under the measurement diameter (φ 4mm/φ 5mm)
5. Set parameters through Touchscreen to trigger measurement
6. View the display results: Light spectrum map/data, sample chromatic value, color difference value/map, etc
7. Store data or transfer via USB or Bluetooth
