Overview
SUJIE SJ-CJ-2FD Clean Bench (double person single-sided) is a general-purpose local purification equipment, which reaches the US LIANBANG standard 209E 100-level clean grade. It is a local effective purification unit with a small footprint. It can effectively eliminate the harmful effects of suspended particles and process dust in the air of the working area on the product. Features
1. The box is made of 1.2mm thick steel plate, and the countertop is made of SUS304 good stainless steel, which has the functions of antibacterial, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Appearance is delicate and the overall corrosion resistance is strong.

Principle
The Clean Bench generates a stable airflow through an adjustable air volume fan system, which is combined with a high-efficiency Filter to purify the air to create a local clean environment. The quasi-closed countertop design prevents external gas from entering, ensuring that the working area meets the ISO 5 (Class 100) cleanliness level, and effectively eliminates the impact of suspended particles and process dust on the product.

Steps
1. Connect AC single-phase 220V/50HZ power supply
2. Use a touch switch to turn on the device
3. Adjust the air volume to the required wind speed by adjusting the voltage in multiple gears
4. Open the Double Suspension Glass Door up and down for operation
5. Turn off the power of the device after the operation is completed
