SUJIE ZNC-900 Clean Bench (single person single side) is a local air purification equipment with vertical air flow. It uses Cold rolled steel plate spray outer box and integrated stainless steel workbench. Through an efficient filtrate system and intelligent Control system, it is designed to provide ISO Class 5 (Class 100) high cleanliness working environment for the operation area. Suitable for operations with strict requirements on cleanliness.

Principle
The Clean Bench uses the principle of vertical unidirectional flow. The internal fan sucks the air, purifies it with a high-efficiency Filter (99.995% penetrating efficiency for particles ≥ 0.3 μm), and forms a clean vertical laminar flow of air into the work area. The work area maintains positive pressure, while the high-efficiency Filter is designed with a ring negative pressure around it, which works together to prevent the entry of external unpurified air, thus forming and maintaining a high-cleanliness sterile environment in the work surface operation area.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC single-phase 220V/50HZ).
2. Set the required wind speed and other parameters through the touch button of the smart LCD screen.
3. Start the fan and wait for the downdraft wind speed to stabilize within the range of 0.2 to 0.5m/s.
4. Raise the front window glass to the appropriate operating height.
5. Turn on the lighting for experimentation or operation.
6. After the operation, turn off the lighting and lower the front window glass.
7. Turn off the fan and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
* Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC single phase 220V/50HZ).
* Pay attention to the interlocking protection function of the UV Lamp and the lighting lamp to avoid harm to the human body caused by the accidental opening of the UV Lamp.
Please pay attention to the filter life and alarm prompt displayed on the LCD screen when operating, and replace the failed or damaged filter in time.
Keep the work surface clean and disinfect it regularly.
* When repairing or replacing Filters and fans, please operate at the back of the equipment.
