Overview
SUJIE PP-15 PP ventilating cabinet is a professional laboratory equipment made of 8.0mmPP polypropylene (PP) plate welding, with strong acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. Its shell and inner shell are engraved and bent to form a whole cabinet, the operation table is equipped with a water barrier, and the guide plate can form a uniform exhaust chamber, which is suitable for various corrosion environments.
Features
1. The shell, inner shell, operating table, guide plate and lower cabinet are all welded with 8.0mmPP polypropylene (PP) plate, which has strong acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance
2. The baffle is composed of at least three plates, forming an air chamber to discharge the polluted gas evenly, and can be disassembled and assembled with repeability
3. The window sliding door adopts a movable vertical pull-up design, which can be parked at any position, and is equipped with 5mm tempered Glass to ensure safety
4. The control part adopts a liquid crystal control panel to clearly display the running status, and is equipped with four 220V single-port universal sockets
5. The fan adopts PP polypropylene (PP) centrifugal energy-saving fan, noise ≤ 65dB (A), wind speed adjustment range 0.4-0 m/sec
6. The door panel adopts a half-folded structure, with special PP handles and hinges, which are firm and durable
Principle
The ventilate cabinet forms an air chamber behind and above the working space through a baffle, so that the polluted gas is evenly discharged. The air hood collects the gas from the rectangular inlet and discharges it through the circular outlet, the window sliding door protects the operator's safety, and the fan system ensures that the surface wind speed operates stably within the range of 0.4-0 m/sec.
Applications
Chemical laboratory, biological laboratory, pharmaceutical research and development, corrosion environment operation area
Standards
Noise standard ≤ 65dB (A), surface wind speed standard 0.4-0 m/sec
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch to start the ventilating cabinet
2. Adjust lighting and fans through the LCD control panel
3. Pull up the window sliding door to the appropriate height for operation
4. Turn off the fan and lighting after use
5. Turn off the power switch
Notice
• Make sure the window sliding door is intact and nondestructive before operation
• Regularly check whether the baffle and gas collection device are smooth
• Avoid using more than the rated wind speed range
• The fan and air duct need to be configured according to the actual situation on site
• Use neutral detergent when cleaning to avoid strong corrosion chemicals
