Overview
SUJIE PP-18 PP ventilating cabinet is a professional laboratory equipment made of 8.0mmPP polypropylene (PP) plate welding, with strong acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. Dimension is 1800 * 850 * 2350mm, equipped with LCD control panel, four 220V single port universal socket, and PP polypropylene (PP) centrifugal energy-saving fan, suitable for ventilating needs in various corrosion environments.
Features
1. The shell, inner shell, operating table, guide plate, gas collection hood, and lower cabinet are all welded with 8.0mmPP polypropylene (PP) plate, which has strong acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. The baffle is composed of at least three plates to form an air chamber, evenly discharge the polluted gas, and can be disassembled and assembled with repeability.
3. The window sliding door adopts the movable vertical lifting design, can stop at any point, equipped with 5mm tempered Glass, high strength, good bending resistance, broken without acute angle debris.
4. The control part uses a liquid crystal control panel to clearly display the operation, and buttons such as power supply, switch, lighting, and fan are set.
5. The fan adopts PP polypropylene (PP) centrifugal energy-saving fan, 380V three-phase motor, low noise and excellent corrosion resistance.
The ventilated cabinet wind speed is 0.4m/sec~ 0.6m/sec, and the operating noise is below 65dB.
Principle
The ventilating cabinet forms an air chamber behind and above the working space through the baffle to discharge the polluted gas evenly. The bottom of the air collecting hood is a rectangular inlet and the top is a circular outlet, which is combined with the fan system to achieve efficient ventilating. The window sliding door and equilibrating device protect the operator's safety, and the control panel adjusts the wind speed and operating status.

Steps
1. Turn on the power button to start the ventilating cabinet.
2. Adjust the wind speed to the range of 0.4m/sec to 0.6m/sec through the LCD control panel.
3. Use the lighting button to turn on the internal lighting.
4. Ensure that the window sliding door is in place during operation to protect safety.
5. Turn off all buttons and power after use.

• Avoid exceeding the wind speed adjustment range during operation to ensure that the noise is controlled below 65dB.
