Overview
The AMITTARI AT-175P Transmittance meter is a Portable instrument for the measurement of light transmitances in transparent or translucent materials. It is suitable for field measurement in a variety of industries and features High Accuracy and Fast measurement.

Principle
The Transmittance meter calculates light transmitance by measuring the material's Transmittance to 380nm-780nm wavelength light based on the principle of beam of light transmission. The instrument uses the Sensor to detect the intensity of transmitted light and compare it with Standard values to obtain an accurate percentage of light transmitance.

Steps
1. Automatic calibration or Manual calibration;
2. Place the measured object in the Measuring location to ensure that the volume is less than 10mm * 10mm and the thickness is less than 30mm;
3. Perform measurements and read light transmitance data;
4. Optional connection to the printer to print data;
5. Set shutdown mode or manual shutdown after use.
Notice
- Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 0 ℃~ 40 ℃;
- relative humidity should be less than 85%;
The volume of the object to be measured shall not exceed 10mm * 10mm, and the thickness shall be less than 30mm.
- Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy;
- Avoid use in bright light or extreme environments;
- Shut down in time after use to save battery power.
