Overview
UK Thermax (TMC) 8-grid E/ED03 Thermometric Paper is a vertical automatic paste thermal test paper with a Temperature range of 204~ 260 ° C. The product is an irreversible Thermometric Paper. When the temperature reaches the temperature point of the grid, the grid will turn black and no longer recover. It has the advantages of oil and water resistance and no danger. It is a world-class temperature test paper product.
Features
1. It has oil resistance and water resistance
2. Non-hazardous and toxic
3. Precision: +/- 1 ° C below 100 ° C, +/- 1% range above 100 ° C
4. Specifications comply with BS EN ISO 9001 standard
Principle
Thermax8 Grid E/ED03 Thermometric Paper uses a new concept of temperature measurement. Eight squares representing different temperature values are placed on small stickers. When the temperature rises to a certain temperature point, the corresponding squares will turn black and irreversible, thus recording the highest temperature an object has experienced. It can be judged as overtemperature phenomenon or as evidence of quality qualification without long-term monitoring.
Applications
Home appliance industry, power company, railway company, electronics industry, program industry, medical disinfection, helicopter engine, high voltage switch, aircraft black box, chilled down water radiator, temperature sensitive chemical storage rack, temperature monitoring of various parts of racing car
Steps
1. Attach Thermometric Paper to the surface of the object to be tested
2. Color changes during heating
3, when the temperature reaches a certain temperature point, the corresponding square becomes black
4. Read the temperature value corresponding to the blackened square as the highest temperature record
Notice
• Thermometric Paper irreversibly changes and does not return to primary color after blackening
Each pack contains 10 Thermometric Papers
• Before use, please confirm whether the Temperature Measurement range meets the requirements
Make sure the surface is clean and drying for accurate measurement results
