Overview
UK Thermax (TMC) 08STHERNGBD Thermometric Paper is an eight-grid thermal test paper with a temperature measurement range of 71 to 110 ° C, corresponding to eight temperature points. When the temperature rises to each temperature point, the corresponding squares will irreversibly turn black, thus recording the highest temperature experienced by the object. The product is a vertical automatic paste type, displaying both degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Features
1. It has oil resistance and water resistance
2. Non-hazardous and toxic
3. Precision: below 100 ° C is +/- 1 ° C; above 100 ° C is +/- 1% range
4. Product specifications comply with BS EN ISO 9001 standard
Principle
TMC8 grid temperature paper adopts the new concept of temperature measurement, and there is a grid on the small sticker, representing different temperature values. When the temperature rises to the temperature point, the grid will turn black, and even if the temperature decreases later, it will not return to the original Color, so you can know the highest temperature that the object has experienced, and you can know whether there is an overtemperature phenomenon without long-term monitoring.
Applications
Home appliance industry, power companies, railway companies, electronics industry, program industry, sterilization, helicopter engines, high voltage switches, aircraft black boxes, chilled down water radiators, temperature sensitive chemical storage racks, temperature monitoring of various parts of racing cars
Steps
1. Attach the thermal test paper to the surface of the object to be measured
2. Observe the Color Change of the Grid
3. Determine the highest temperature experienced according to the blackened square
Notice
• Grid discoloration is an irreversible process, once black will not restore the primary color
• Each pack contains 10 Thermometric Papers, sold in whole packs
• When using, make sure that the sticker is in full contact with the surface of the object
• Temperature data should be read in time after discoloration
