Overview
YOKE GL1204B is a GL series electronic Analytical Balance with a blue backlit large LCD display with complete display functions. The Balance adopts the Sensor software technology of the German STL Institute for stable performance and is equipped with 4-sided anti-static coating Glass Draft Shield, which can effectively Shielding external static interference and has a clear field of vision.
Features
1. Adopt a blue backlit large liquid crystal display (120 x 55mm), with complete display functions.
2, the use of German STL Institute Sensor software technology, so that the instrument performance is more stable.
3, 4-sided anti-static coating Glass Draft Shield, can effectively Shielding external static interference, clear vision.
4. Built-in RS232 standard interface, optional connection to printers, computers and other equipment.
5. Unit conversion: conversion of carats, ounces, and grams to three different weighing units.
Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When the measured object is placed on the pan, the Sensor is deformed by pressure, and its Impedance changes. At the same time, the excitation voltage generates a signal proportional to the weight. After the signal is amplified and A/D converted, the microprocessor performs data processing, and finally the weighing result is displayed on the LCD screen.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research institutions, educational institutions, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, jewelry, precious metals and other industries
Standards
Comply with relevant Electronic Balance industry standards
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free countertop and adjust the foot to center the horizontal bubble.
2. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, and Balance performs self-test.
3. After the self-test is completed, Balance displays zero, and preheats up for a specified time.
4. Use external test weight to calibrate.
5. Put the item to be weighed lightly in the center of the pan, and read the data after the stability symbol appears.
6. After weighing, remove the items and clean the pan.
7. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Please place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free, strong airflow-free, strong electromagnetic interference-free, horizontal workbench.
• Warm up for a specified time before use for best performance.
• When weighing items, handle them with care to avoid Impact pans.
• Do not weigh items beyond Capacity.
• Balance clean to avoid dust, liquids, etc. entering the machine.
• Regularly calibrate with standard weights to ensure accurate weighing.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble and repair by themselves.
