Overview
YOKE YG-03 is a Touchscreen Portable dissolved oxygen meter with fluorescence measurement. The instrument is suitable for aquaculture, water source monitoring, wastewater treatment and environmental monitoring industries, and is also widely used in education and scientific research.
Features
1. Adopt 7-inch color high-resolution (1024 * 600) capacitive Touchscreen, UI design, navigation operation, Sensitivity is high, and parameter display is intuitive. The host shell is made of PEEK material, which is resistant to high temperature, corrosion and Aging Resistance.
2. Built-in ARM32-bit microprocessor chip, using digital filtering and slip technology to intelligently improve Response speed and measurement accuracy. The circuit board adopts SMT patch process, which has high Reliability.
3. Built-in Chinese and English bilingual Operating system, the luminance of the instrument is adjustable, and the temperature unit can be freely switched between ° C and ° F.
4. Built-in mass storage can store 2000 sets of measurement data, data can be transferred through U disk, and can be opened and edited by general office software EXCEL.
5. Measurement mode of dissolved oxygen has automatic temperature compensation, automatic salinity compensation and automatic air pressure compensation functions.
6. The instrument comes standard with a Bluetooth module and supports wireless Bluetooth printing. Optional support for wireless Bluetooth data transmission.
7. Equipped with a new type of dissolved Oxygen electrode with temperature sensor, the dissolved Oxygen Measurement mode has automatic temperature compensation, manual salinity compensation, manual air pressure compensation function.
8. Using fluorescence method to dissolve oxygen Sensor, Electrode has no membrane, no electrolysis solution, no polarization. Electrode does not need to consume oxygen, is not affected by Flow velocity, is free from maintenance, has a long service cycle, and the fluorescent cap is easy to replace.
9. Optional Bluetooth module, support wireless Bluetooth printing. Connect the mobile phone download program through Bluetooth to view the instrument data in real time.
10. Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery, 3.7V/1800mA rechargeable lithium battery.
Principle
Measurement principle of the dissolved oxygen meter. The Sensor (Electrode) contains no membrane, no electrolysis solution, and no polarization. The Sensor measures dissolved oxygen concentration through the interaction of fluorescent substances with oxygen. This process does not consume oxygen and is not affected by water flow velocity.

Steps
1. Turn it on and check the power of the instrument.
2. According to the measurement requirements, select or set relevant parameters (such as temperature unit, compensation mode, etc.) on the Touchscreen.
3. Immerse the dissolved Oxygen electrode with temperature sensor into the sample to be tested.
4. The instrument will automatically perform temperature compensation, and perform salinity and air pressure compensation according to the settings.
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize (Response Time ≤ 10s), read and record the dissolved oxygen concentration, Saturation and temperature data displayed on the screen.
6. The measurement data can be automatically stored in the instrument (up to 2000 sets), or exported through the U disk, or can be wirelessly printed or transmitted through the optional Bluetooth function.
Notice
* Please use the instrument within the working Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (5~ 85%) range.
* Sensor using fluorescence method, no membrane and electrolysis solution, but need to pay attention to regular inspection and replacement of fluorescent cap.
* When making measurements, ensure that the Electrode (Sensor) is fully immersed in the liquid to be tested.
* The instrument has automatic temperature compensation function, but salinity and air pressure compensation need to be manually set or confirmed according to the actual situation.
* Clean and store Electrode properly after use.
* Please use the matching charger to charge the built-in lithium battery to extend the Battery life.
When exporting data, ensure that the USB flash drive format is compatible.
* The optional Bluetooth function needs to be used in a supported environment.
