Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW1505 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 1500L/min at 0MPa and 725L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 330L gas tank with Power 7.5KW, it is suitable for industrial scenarios that require a stable supply of compressed air.
Features
1. Oil-free design to ensure pure compressed air
2. Piston compression mode, stable and reliable operation
3. Large capacity 330L gas storage tank to ensure continuous pressure supply
4. Low noise operation, noise value is only 72dB
5. Optional oil-water separator and automatic drain
6. The pressure switch can set the start/stop pressure according to customer requirements
Principle
The motor drives the Compressor to run, and the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter to be compressed. The compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the one-way valve, and the pressure gauge shows that the pressure rises to 8Bar. When the pressure exceeds 8Bar, the pressure switch senses and automatically shuts down the motor, while the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas drives the device to work through the pneumatic valve. When the pressure drops to 5Bar (optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on and the motor restarts work.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Standards
Power standard: 220-230V/50/60Hz
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz)
2. The motor starts running, and the air enters the Compressor through the intake Filter
3. The Compressor compresses the air and delivers it to the gas storage tank
4. Automatically stop working when the pressure reaches 8 Bar
5. Use compressed air to drive equipment
6. Automatic restart when the pressure drops to 5Bar (optional 6Bar)
Notice
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust pressure when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
• Inlet Filter is recommended to be replaced every six months
• Check whether the connection of each part is firm before use
• Regularly check whether the pressure switch function is normal
