Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW1506 air Compressor is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 1800L/min at 0MPa and 870L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 330L air storage tank with a noise value of 72dB and a Power of 9KW, it is suitable for providing stable compressed air in the industrial field.
Features
1. Oil-free design to avoid oil pollution.
2. Piston compression mode, high efficiency.
3. The exhaust pressure is 8 bar, and the exhaust capacity is up to 1800L/min.
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 330L, ensuring continuous gas supply.
5. Noise as low as 72dB, quiet operation.
6. Optional oil-water separator and automatic drain.
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, it enters the air storage tank through the check valve, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch senses and automatically closes the motor, while the solenoid valve drains the air pressure in the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas drives the device to work through the pneumatic valve. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on and the motor restarts.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment
Steps
Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz).
2. Turn on the equipment and run the motor to compress the air.
3. The pressure switch automatically controls start and stop (8 Bar stop, 5 Bar or 6 Bar start).
4. Use pneumatic valves to exhaust drive equipment.
5. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure).
6. Replace the air inlet Filter every six months.
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining.
• Regularly replace the air inlet Filter to avoid dust damage to the Compressor.
• The safety valve automatically vents when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar and needs to be checked regularly.
• Power supply voltage check before use.
• Avoid touching high-temperature parts when the equipment is running.
