Overview
A.shine Dyne pen Model 43 is a professional tool for testing the surface tension of materials, built-in 15ml test solution, can be used more than 100 times for repeatability, can accurately test whether the surface tension of Plastic film and other materials reaches the specified value, help users control mass, reduce the loss caused by material failure.
Features
1. Built-in 15ml test solution, can be used more than 100 times; 2. Shelf life of 6-8 months; 3. Carefully designed to reduce the contact between dyne liquid and air; 4. Each pen has undergone multiple inspections to ensure quality; 5. Strictly comply with ASTM Standard D2578 and TAPPI T698 standards.
Principle
Dyne pen by applying the test liquid on the surface of the material, observe whether the liquid cissing to determine whether the surface tension reaches the selected Dyne Level, if the liquid cissing within three seconds, it meets the standard, and vice versa.
Applications
Plastic film: PS, PE, PP, PET, PI, PC, NY, CPP, OPP, PVC, conductive materials: aluminum foil, copper foil, carbon foil, vapor coating, Miscellaneous materials: Glass, ceramics, plastic sheet, plastic pipe
Standards
ASTM Standard D2578、TAPPI T698
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Dyne Level corona pen; 2. Clean the surface of the film and lay it flat on a horizontal table; 3. Use the corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface; 4. If the liquid does not cissing within three seconds, the selected dyne is reached, and vice versa.
Notice
Avoid skin/eye contact. Avoid inhaling vapors, mists or gases. Keep away from heat and ignition sources.
