Overview
CUIYUAN 43 Dyne pen (liquid) can be customized according to actual needs, including special needs such as ink Color, pen tip shape and size. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.
Features
1. Customizable ink Color, tip shape and size and other special needs
2. Accurately test the surface tension of the material to judge the applicability
3. Provide two specifications of pen and bottle, with various bottle capacities
4. Suitable for a variety of materials and processes to help quality control
Principle
Dyne pen tests whether the surface tension of the material reaches the test pen value to determine whether the material is suitable for a specific process. When the pen liquid forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension is sufficient; if the liquid film is cissing or discontinuous, the surface tension is insufficient.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Dyne pen
2. Stretch the pen liquid smoothly on the surface of the material to be tested
3. Observe whether the liquid film is continuously formed
4. If the liquid film is continuous, it indicates that the surface tension is up to standard; otherwise it is not up to standard
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and free of contamination before use
• Select the appropriate Dyne pen according to the process requirements
• The tip should be in full contact with the material surface during testing
• Color of pen liquid is red, custom color needs to be explained in advance
• Bottled liquid should be properly sealed to avoid volatilization
