A.shine brand 69 model Dyne pen is a professional tool for testing the surface tension of materials. It has a built-in 15ml test solution and can be used more than 100 times for repeability. It can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the specified value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.

Principle
Dyne pen applies a specific Dyne Level test solution to the surface of the material by applying the tip of the pen, and observes whether the liquid cissing within 3 seconds to determine whether the surface tension of the material reaches the selected Dyne Level. If the liquid has no cissing, the surface tension is up to standard; otherwise, it is not up to standard.

Steps
1. Choose the right Dyne Level corona pen
2. Clean the film surface and lay it flat on a horizontal table
3. Use a corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface
4. If the liquid does not cissing within three seconds, the selected dyne is reached, otherwise it is not reached
