Overview
CUIYUAN 69 Dyne pen can be customized according to actual needs, including special requirements such as ink Color, tip shape and size. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminization processes, effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials.
Features
1. Support customized services, including special needs such as ink Color, pen shape and size
2. Provide two specifications of sub-pen and bottle
3. There are various bottle specifications, including 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml.
4. Color options are rich, including red, blue and custom special colors (white, black, etc.)
5. Test the surface tension of various materials, not limited to Plastic film
Principle
Dyne pen contacts the surface of the material through the tip, and judges whether the surface tension reaches the value marked by the test pen according to the spread of the ink on the surface of the material. When the ink forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension reaches or exceeds the value of the test pen; if the ink cissing into droplets, it indicates that the surface tension is insufficient.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Ensure that the surface of the test material is clean and drying
2. Swipe Dyne pen perpendicular to the surface of the material
3. Observe the spread of ink on the surface of the material
4. If the ink forms a continuous liquid film within 2 seconds, it indicates that the surface tension is up to standard
5. If the ink cissing into droplets, it indicates that the surface tension is insufficient
Notice
Make sure the surface of the material is clean and free of contamination before testing
Avoid testing in humid or contaminated environments
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent ink evaporation
• Dyne pens of different specifications correspond to different surface tension values, which need to be selected according to needs
• Keep the tip in vertical contact with the material surface during testing
Store away from high temperatures and direct sunlight
