AISRY programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine is a test equipment used to simulate various temperature and humidity environments. Principle
The device uses an equilibrate Conditioning control system. The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller controls the solid state relay (SSR) to equilibrate the output power of the temperature and humidity system in a multi-stage intelligent output mode, thus ensuring the full stability of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The system also has an energy-saving function, which can effectively reduce the operating power and ensure the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
1. Ensure that there are no Miscellaneous items within 60CM of the instrument, and the ground is not seriously tilted.
Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ), and the allowable voltage fluctuation is +/- 10%.

4. Select or edit the test program on the controller (up to 120 sets of programs can be edited, cleared, and inserted).
5. Set the required temperature and humidity parameters, time, and number of cycles.
6. Start the test program, and the controller will automatically execute and display the program Linear dispersion in real time.
7. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the observation window.
8. After the test is completed, the device can automatically stop or perform subsequent operations as set.
9. If you need to intervene or check the status halfway, you can operate it through the touchscreen.

• The recommended environment temperature is 0~ 30 ° C (working environment temperature 5~ 25 ° C).
• Miscellaneous items should not be placed within 60CM of the instrument.
• The installation ground should not be severely tilted.
• Note that the maximum power of the equipment is 5kW to ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
• Please confirm the water volume of the tank before use and use its filtrating system to reduce blockage.
• The device has a comprehensive protection function. When there is a failure, the screen will display the fault point and automatically shut down. Please do not force it.
When handling or moving, please pay attention to the weight of the equipment (130KG) and the load-bearing of the rack (up to 20KG).
• There is a test hole (diameter 50mm) reserved on the left side, please pay attention to wiring harness protection when using it.
