Overview
A.shine Dyne pen Model 25 is a professional tool for testing the surface tension of materials. It can accurately detect whether materials such as Plastic film meet a specific Dyne Level, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.
Features
1. Built-in 15ml test solution, can be used more than 100 times.
2. The shelf life is 6-8 months.
3. The pen tip is carefully designed to reduce the contact between dyne liquid and air.
4. Each pen has undergone multiple inspections and the quality is guaranteed.
Principle
Dyne pen applies a specific Dyne Level test liquid to the surface of the material by applying the tip of the pen, and observes whether the liquid cissing within 3 seconds to determine whether the surface tension of the material reaches the selected Dyne Level. If the liquid has no cissing, it meets the standard; otherwise, it does not meet.
Applications
Plastic film: PS, PE, PP, PET, PI, PC, NY, CPP, OPP, PVC, conductive materials: aluminum foil, copper foil, carbon foil, vapor coating, Miscellaneous materials: Glass, ceramics, plastic sheet, plastic pipe
Standards
ASTM Standard D2578、TAPPI T698
Steps
1. Choose the right Dyne Level corona pen.
2. Clean the film surface and lay it flat on a horizontal table.
3. Use a corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface.
4. Observe whether the liquid cissing within three seconds: without cissing, the selected dyne is reached, and vice versa, it is not reached.
Notice
• Avoid skin/eye contact.
• Avoid inhaling vapors, mists or gases.
Keep away from heat and ignition sources.
• The valid period is 6 months from the date of opening.
