Overview
The Dyne pen (model 25) can be customized according to actual needs, including the color of the ink, the shape and size of the pen tip and other special needs. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the Plastic film surface tension reaches the value of the test pen, help users understand whether the film is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, so as to effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials. It is not limited to Plastic film, but can also test the surface tension of various materials.
Features
1. Customizable ink Color, tip shape and size and other special needs; 2. Accurately test the surface tension of the material to help control the mass; 3. Suitable for a variety of materials, not limited to Plastic film; 4. Separate pen and bottle two specifications, bottle provides a variety of capacity options; 5. Color can be selected from red, blue and customized special colors (such as white, black).
Principle
Dyne pen tests whether the surface tension of the material reaches the value of the test pen to determine whether the material is suitable for a specific process. When used, the ink forms a liquid film on the surface of the material. If the liquid film is uniform and does not break, the surface tension will meet the standard; otherwise, it will not meet the standard.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Select the appropriate value of Dyne pen; 2. Gently scratch on the surface of the material to be tested; 3. Observe whether the ink liquid film is uniform and does not break; 4. If the liquid film breaks, the surface tension is not up to standard; 5. Record the test results for quality control.
Notice
• Ensure that the surface of the material is clean and drying before use; • Select the correct value Dyne pen according to the process requirements; • Avoid excessive force during testing to avoid damage to the material; • Customized products need to confirm the details of requirements in advance; • Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight during storage to maintain ink performance.
