Overview
The KONYO COLOR NBC-3002 UV curing machine is a UV curing device equipped with 2 1kW tubes with a total Power of 2kW. The device has adjustable transfer speed and feed height to achieve instant curing of coatings.
Features
1. Equipped with 2 1kW High Power UV lamps, high curing efficiency.
2. The transmission speed can be adjusted within the range of 1 to 7m/min to meet different production requirements.
3. The feed height is adjustable from 0 to 90mm, compatible with workpieces of different thicknesses.
4. Fast curing speed, can achieve instant curing.
5. Compact equipment, Dimensions of 1000 * 410 * 840mm.
Principle
The UV fixation machine uses specific wavelengths of ultraviolet light to irradiate the surface of a workpiece coated with photosensitive materials (such as UV ink, UV coatings, and UV glue). The ultraviolet energy is absorbed by the photoinitiator, triggering a coalescence reaction that causes the liquid material to crosslinking curing into a solid film in a short time.
Applications
Printing, painting, electronics, handicrafts, plastic surface preparation

Steps
1. According to the thickness of the workpiece, adjust the feed height (0~ 90mm).
2. According to the curing requirements, set the appropriate transmission speed (1~ 7m/min).
3. Adjust the irradiation distance between the UV lamp and the workpiece to within the range of 100 to 200mm.
4. Turn on the power supply of the device and preheat the UV lamp.
5. Place the workpiece to be cured smoothly on the conveyor belt and send it to the curing area for irradiation.
6. After curing, remove the workpiece.
Notice
Before operation, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check that the power cord is not damaged.
When adjusting equipment parameters (e.g. speed, height), it is necessary to do so in the complete stop state of the equipment.
* UV lamp work will produce high temperature and strong ultraviolet, do not look directly at the lamp, and avoid direct skin exposure to ultraviolet offline.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects into the conveyor belt and the irradiated area.
Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the UV lamp cover to maintain good heat dissipation and light transmission.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the internal electrical components of the equipment.
