Overview
Burst Strength tester (model LD-NP-CMP) is produced by JINGHUAYIQI and designed according to the international universal Mullen method. It is a special instrument for all kinds of paper Burst Strength performance testing. The instrument is suitable for Burst Strength testing of all kinds of paper, and can also be used for non-paper materials such as silk and cotton cloth. It has data processing, display, memory, printing and other functions, easy operation and stable performance.

Principle
The Burst Strength tester is designed based on the Mullen method and applies stress testing materials. The instrument uses a high-speed ARM processor and a High Accuracy pressure sensor to quickly collect pressure data and display pressure and deformation in real time. Linear dispersion realizes automatic measurement and intelligent judgment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 10% 2A 50Hz); 2. Turn on the instrument and select the Chinese and English operation menu; 3. Set the test parameters, such as Unit switch; 4. Place the sample and start the test; 5. The instrument automatically measures and displays the results; 6. Use the thermal printer to output data; 7. Automatic reset after the test is completed.
Notice
• Make sure the Power supply voltage is AC 220V +/- 10% 2A 50Hz; • The working environment needs to keep the indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%; • Avoid over-range use to prevent damage to the Sensor; • Regularly check the system sealing to ensure that the pressure drop within 1min is < 10% FS; • Non-standard air Compressor needs to meet the pressure (0.6~ 0.7) MPa, exhaust volume (0.02~ 0.3) m3/min; • Pay attention to the function of explosion-proof film and protective cover during operation to reduce the risk of misoperation.
