Overview
LD-NP-02 Burst Strength Tester is a special instrument designed by JINGHUAYIQI brand according to the international general Mullen method. It is used for all kinds of paper Burst Strength performance testing, and can also be used for silk, cotton and other non-paper materials. The instrument has functions such as parameter testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, printing, etc., can directly obtain data statistical results, automatic reset, easy operation and stable performance.

Principle
The instrument is designed according to the international universal Mullen method, and realizes automatic measurement through pressure sensor and high-speed ARM processor, collects sample Burst Strength data, and displays pressure and deformation Linear dispersion in real time.

• Power supply voltage AC 220V +/- 10% 2A 50Hz
• The working environment should maintain indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%
• Confirm that the sample is placed correctly before testing to avoid unplaced prompts
• Pay attention to the over-range alarm to protect the Sensor
• Regularly check the sealing of the system to ensure that the pressure drop within 1min is < 10% FS
• The film resistance must meet the pressure range of (30 +/- 5) kPa at the protruding height (9 +/- 0.2) mm
