Overview
The Side Ring Crush Test Tester (model LD-YSY-01) is a fully automatic Compressive Strength testing instrument used to detect paper Ring Crush Test, Cardboard Edge Crush Test, Corrugated Board adhesive strength, Flat Crush Test, etc. Paper mills are usually used to detect paper Ring Crush Test with thickness of 0.15~ 1.00mm. Cardboard, carton factories and companies use it to detect Corrugated Board Edge Crush Test, Flat Crush Test, adhesive strength and paper core diameter less than 60mm Flat Crush Test. The instrument is an auxiliary test tool required by papermaking enterprises, Cardboard manufacturers, carton manufacturers, user enterprises and mass supervision and inspection departments.
Features
1. Force range 0~ 3000N, Precision ≤ +/- 1%, resolution 0.01N
2. Plate parallelism ≤ 0.05mm to ensure Test accuracy
3. Pressurization speed 12.5 +/- 1mm/min, stable and reliable
4. The diameter of the upper pressure plate is 124mm, the diameter of the lower pressure plate is 127mm, and the test height range is 55mm.
5.3.2 inch 320 * 240 point matrix LCD display, real-time display of force value changes
6. Modular integrated thermal printer, convenient output results
7. Ambient Temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, Humidity < 85%, adaptability
Principle
The instrument applies compressive force to the sample through the upper and lower pressure plates, tests at a constant pressurization speed (12.5 +/- 1mm/min), monitors the change of force value in real time, and records parameters such as Ring Crush Test, Edge Crush Test, and adhesive strength through the High Accuracy Sensor and LCD display system to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Applications
Cardboard production enterprises, cardboard production enterprises, carton use enterprises, mass supervision and inspection departments
Standards
GB/T 2679.8、GB/T 6546、GB/T 6548、GB/T 2679.6
Steps
1. Prepare samples to ensure compliance with test requirements
2. Turn on the instrument power and initialize the system
3. Set test parameters, such as pressurization speed
4. Place the sample between the upper and lower pressure plates
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically applies pressure
6. Real-time observation of LCD display force changes
7. After the test is completed, print out the results
8. Turn off the instrument and clean the workbench
Notice
• Ensure Ambient Temperature at (20 +/- 10) ℃, Humidity < 85%
• Check the parallelism of the platen before testing to avoid affecting the accuracy
• Sample size and thickness must meet instrument specifications
Periodically calibrate Force Value Sensors to maintain Precision
• Avoid overloading during operation to prevent damage to the instrument
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust affecting the test
