Overview
Paper thickness meter (model LD-HDY-B (0.001)) is an instrument specially developed by JINGHUAYIQI brand for thickness detection of paper, Cardboard and sheet materials with certain tightness characteristics. The instrument is required by paper manufacturers, Encasement manufacturers and mass Quality control supervision departments.
Features
1. Measurement range, covering 0~ 20mm;
2. High Accuracy measurement, accuracy of 0.001mm;
3. Digital display mode, intuitive reading;
4. Low Indication Error, only 0.05%;
5. Standard contact area and pressure to ensure measurement accuracy;
6. High parallelism of measurement surface, ≤ 0.035mm;
7. Lightweight design, weight about 2kg;
8. Adapt to a variety of working environments, temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, Humidity < 85%.
Principle
Paper thickness meter applies standard contact pressure (20 +/- 5kpa) on the material to be measured, uses precision Sensor measurement of material thickness, and directly displays the measurement results in digital display to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Applications
Paper production enterprises, Encasement production enterprises, mass Quality control supervision departments
Standards
QB/T 1035、QB/T 451.3、QB/T 1055、ISO 438、ISO 534
Steps
1. Place the instrument in a position that meets the working environmental conditions;
2. Turn on the power supply of the instrument to ensure that the digital display is normal;
3. Place the test paper or Cardboard sample on the measurement surface;
4. Apply standard contact pressure for measurement;
5. Read and record the thickness value on the digital display screen.
6. Turn off the power after the measurement is completed.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of (20 +/- 10) ° C;
• Environmental humidity should be less than 85%;
• Check whether the parallelism of the measurement surface meets the requirements before use;
• Avoid operating the instrument on vibrating or uneven surfaces.
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy;
• Handle with care to prevent damage to the instrument.
