Overview
LD-NZ-02 folding strength tester is a special instrument of JINGHUAYIQI brand, which is used to determine the folding fatigue strength of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous sheet materials. The instrument adopts the international MIT folding resistance Working Principle design, with photoelectric control technology to automatically return the folding chuck, integrated powerful data processing function, can store and display the test data of a single sample and the same group of samples, suitable for papermaking, Encasement, scientific research and product mass supervision and inspection industries.

Principle

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and install it on the instrument
2. Set test parameters such as folding angle and speed through Touchscreen
3. Start the test, and the instrument automatically folds
4. Real-time display of folding times and folding resistance during the test process
5. After the test is completed, the instrument is automatically reset, and the data is automatically saved and can be printed out
6. View statistical results through the display, including MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average, and Coefficient of Variation
