Overview
The AISRY ASR-HB-150B yellowing resistance tester is a device for testing material aging and yellowing resistance performance. The device can perform two tests by simulating specific environmental conditions: one is to promote the deterioration of the sulfurized rubber to calculate the tensile force and elongation change rate before and after heating; the other is to simulate the atmospheric environment exposed to ultraviolet rays from sunlight to evaluate the yellowing of the material Appearance.
Features

2. OSRAM OSRAM 300W yellow-resistant bulb is used as the light source.
3. Equipped with LWD digital thermometer, accurate temperature control.
4. The turntable design rotates at 10 +/- 2rpm to ensure that the sample is heated evenly.
5. Wide time setting range, adjustable from 1 to 999 hours, to meet the needs of different test cycles.
Principle
The device simulates the influence of the natural environment on the material by controlling the temperature and ultraviolet light conditions in the box. During the aging test, the deterioration process of materials such as rubber is accelerated by heating; during the yellowing resistance test, the sample is mainly irradiated by a specific wavelength of ultraviolet light source to simulate the yellowing phenomenon of Appearance caused by sunlight ultraviolet rays.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested on the turntable of the equipment inner box.
2. Close the box door and turn on the power supply.
3. Set the required test temperature through the temperature controller.
4. Set the required test time.
5. Start the device and start testing.
6. After the test time is reached, the equipment stops running and samples are taken out for evaluation.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated and stable place.
* Before operation, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is 220V and ensure good grounding.
* Do not open the door frequently during the test to avoid affecting the Temperature Uniformity and test results.
Ultraviolet bulbs have a recommended lifespan (1000 hours). Please check and replace them regularly.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the internal high-temperature components and light sources to prevent burns or UV damage.
Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
