Overview
Yellowing resistance tester (model NBC-HB-150B) is a factory direct sales product. It is suitable for simulating the ultraviolet radiation and heat of sunlight. The sample is treated by ultraviolet radiation and temperature to observe its yellowing resistance. The yellowing level can be determined by the reference of the stain gray mark. The test time can be set according to the manufacturer's agreement. The machine has complete accessories and can be used as a basic yellowing resistance test. It can also be used as an aging tester and oven. It has a multi-purpose function of one machine.
Features
1. Two tests of yellowing resistance and aging can be performed.

Principle
The specimen is irradiated with ultraviolet light (wavelength 365-400nm) from a yellowing-resistant bulb (Osram OSRAM 300W), combined with temperature control (range RT + 10~ 70 ° C), to simulate the action of sunlight ultraviolet radiation and heat. The specimen is uniformly heated and irradiated on the turntable (rotational speed 10 +/- 2rpm). After a set time, the appearance change is observed to evaluate the yellowing or aging resistance.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on the inner box turntable.
2. Set the temperature controller to the desired temperature (e.g. 50 ° C or 70 ° C).
3. Set the test time (adjustable from 1 to 999 hours).
4. Start the machine, resist yellowing light bulb irradiation and heat the sample.
5. After the test, take out the sample to observe the yellowing resistance, and use the stain gray label to refer to the judgment level.

• Power supply voltage is 220V to avoid overload.
• Regularly check the yellowing-resistant bulbs, and the recommended service life is 1000 hours.
