Overview
HUIDA HD-2038-A300W bulb yellowing resistance tester is specially used to determine the yellowing resistance of white or light-colored helper, substrate, leather, PU, fabric and other shoe materials to rays of light. The equipment uses sunlight bulbs and heating temperature control devices to irradiate samples to test the ability of samples to yellowing under sunlight. It is suitable for arbitration and precision scientific research and development work.
Features
1. Use 300W Solar Bulb as Illuminant
2. Heating mode with hot air circulation
3. Built-in fiberglass insulation layer
4. LED timer can be set for 0~ 999 hours
5. Precise control of the distance between the specimen and the bulb is (250 +/- 2) mm
6. Test temperature can be controlled at (50 +/- 2) ℃
Principle
The device simulates sunlight exposure through a 300W solar bulb, combined with a hot air circulation heating system, continuously irradiates the sample at a set temperature, and measures its yellowing resistance performance by observing and evaluating the material Color change.
Applications
Material testing for shoes, white or light coloured supports, substrates, leather, PU, fabrics
Standards
ASTM-D1148、HG/T3689
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the sample tray
2. Set the distance between the specimen and the bulb to (250 +/- 2) mm
3. Set the test temperature to (50 +/- 2) ℃
4. Set timer time
5. Start the device and start testing
6. Assess the degree of yellowing of the sample after the test is completed
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 1, AC220V, 15A
• Specimen placement distance must be precisely controlled within (250 +/- 2) mm
• The test temperature should be stable within the range of (50 +/- 2) ° C
• Regularly check the lamp condition to ensure Illuminant stability
• Device weight is 135kg, pay attention to safety when handling
