Overview
AISRY ball pressure tester (model ASR-AYQ) is a special equipment designed according to the requirements of "ball pressure test" specified in GB2099 and other standards. It is mainly used for heat resistance testing of household and similar plug and socket products. It is the equipment required by relevant manufacturers and Quality control departments for product mass inspection and control.
Features

Principle
The ball pressure test is to press a steel ball (R2.5mm) and a ball pressure tester with a total test force of 20N +/- 0.2N on the surface of the test product in a horizontal state and placed in a heating box. After maintaining the temperature specified in the test product for 60min + 2min/0min, the test product is quickly (< 10s) immersed in 20 ° C +/- 5 ° C water to chill down for 6min, and the diameter of the surface of the test product is measured within 3min from the water. The thermal deformation resistance of the test product at the specified temperature is assessed by judging whether the diameter of the Cump exceeds 2mm.

Steps
1. According to the test requirements, place the ball pressure test device in the heating box for a long enough time to ensure that the device has reached a stable test temperature before the test begins.
2. Place the test part on the support seat so that it is in direct contact with the support seat.
3. Place the surface of the tested part in a horizontal position and press the steel ball against the surface. The test should be carried out in a heated box at a temperature specified by the standard.
4. After the test reaches the time specified in the standard, the ball is removed from the sample, and after chilling down according to the requirements specified in the standard, the diameter of the steel ball is measured to determine whether it is qualified.
Notice
Before the test, ensure that the ball pressure test device reaches a stable test temperature in the heating box.
• The tested part should be in direct contact with the support seat, and the surface should be placed in a horizontal position.
The test shall be carried out in a heated box at a temperature specified in the standard.
After reaching the specified time, the ball needs to be removed from the sample.
• After chilling down, the Crane diameter should be measured within the specified time (within 3 minutes).
