Principle
This machine uses signal transmission pressure. When testing, the sample is placed on the rubber mold, clamped by air pressure, and then the motor applies pressure evenly to make the sample and the film bulge freely until the sample breaks. Applying hydraulic MAX Maximum is the value of the sample bursting strength.

Steps
1. Place the sample on a rubber mold.
2. Clamp the specimen by air pressure.
3. Start the equipment and apply pressure evenly to the motor.
4. After the sample ruptures, the equipment automatically records and retains the maximum rupture strength value.
Notice
• Power supply voltage should be AC220V +/- 22V, 50HZ, maximum current 1A, and ensure reliable grounding of the power supply.
• Equipment should be used in an environment with room temperature of 20 ° C +/- 10 ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Select the corresponding oil delivery speed and motor specifications according to the test material (Cardboard or paper).
• Before testing, confirm that the film resistance meets the corresponding standard requirements.
