Principle
The thickness gauge uses magnetic method and eddy Current principle to determine the Coating thickness by measuring the physical property difference between the substrate and the cover layer, and realizes fast nondestructive measurement.

Steps
1. Install 4 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries
2. Calibration method according to measurement requirements (zero or multi-point calibrating)
3. Use standard sheets or actual workpieces to calibrate
4. Start measurement and view data
5. Optional test fixture for more accurate measurement
6. The device supports automatic shutdown without operation for 1-9 minutes
