The equipment is mainly used to determine the Ring Crush Test, Flat Crush Test, Edge Crush Test and Edge Crush Test, Flat Crush Test and adhesive strength of corrugated base paper.

Principle
The Compression Tester uses the High Accuracy Weighing Sensor to measure the force value of the sample during the compression process. The data is processed by the ARM processor and the 24-bit analog-to-digital converter at high speed and accuracy. The device adopts a ball screw drive and a dual guide shaft structure to ensure that the pressure plate moves smoothly at the set speed and applies uniform pressure to the sample to determine its various Compressive Strength indicators.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device.
2. According to the test requirements (such as RCT, ECT, FCT, etc.), select the corresponding test mode on the 7-inch color Touchscreen and set the parameters (such as Test speed).
3. Place the specimen correctly between the upper and lower pressure plates.
4. Start the test, the device will automatically compress the sample and display the pressure Linear dispersion in real time.
5. After the test is completed, the device automatically stops and displays the results, and the report can be printed through the thermal printer.
6. If you need to communicate, you can connect the microcomputer software through RS232, USB or WiFi interfaces.

* Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 10 ° C and 35 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%.
