Overview
The TQC Sheen DV2700 rotational viscometer is a High Accuracy, easy-to-operate viscosity measurement instrument that can be used in manual mode, maximum hold mode, and timing mode. Its stable drive system provides a wider Measurement range and more accurate readings for research and production environments, continuously detecting material viscosity changes during solvent additions and thinners.

Principle
The instrument immerses the spindle in the sample by lowering the handle by loading the sample liquid into a tin container and placing it on a magnetic ring. When the handle reaches its lowest point, the spindle swirls/spins at a constant speed and the display displays the viscosity value of the measurement in real time. The microprocessor control system ensures the accuracy and repeatability of the measurement process.

Steps
1. Pack the sample liquid into a tin container and place it on a magnetic ring
2. Lower the handle to immerse the spindle in the sample fluid
3. When the handle reaches the lowest point, the spindle starts to swirl/spin
4. Select the reading mode as required: manual reading, continuous reading, maximum hold or timed reading
5. Read the viscosity value displayed by the monitor
6. Lift handle to separate sample material
7. Use the quick-release chuck to replace or clean the spindle
Notice
• Operating temperature range is + 15~ + 35 ℃
• Select the appropriate measurement spindle before use
• The corresponding spindle needs to be replaced for measurement of different viscosity ranges
• Lift the handle to the spindle just below the edge of the sample container when cleaning
• If you need an older model spindle, please contact the supplier for availability and correct item number
