Overview
The TQC sheen DV2011 Viscometer spindle is a Rotothinner series offering three different types of spindles, including one plate spindle and two ball spindles, capable of covering multiple viscosity measurement ranges.
Features
1. Three kinds of spindles are provided: plate spindle, large ball spindle and small ball spindle.
Measurement range: 0-22, 0-75 and 0-350.
3. Plate spindle is suitable for 0-22 poise fluid viscosity measurement.
4. The large ball spindle is suitable for 0-75 poise viscosity measurement.
5. The ball spindle is suitable for 0-350 poise viscosity measurement.
Principle
Viscometer spindles measure the viscosity value according to the resistance of the fluid to the spindle by swirling/spinning or immersion in the fluid, spindles of different shapes and sizes are suitable for different viscosity measurements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate spindle (plate type, large ball or small ball) according to the viscosity range of the fluid to be measured.
2. Mount the spindle to the Viscometer.
3. Immerse the spindle in the fluid to be tested.
4. Start Viscometer for measurement.
5. Read and record viscosity values.
Notice
• When selecting the spindle, ensure that its Measurement range covers the viscosity of the fluid to be measured.
• When installing the spindle, ensure that it is firm to avoid loosening and affecting the Measurement accuracy.
• Clean the spindle before measurement to prevent contamination from affecting the results.
• Follow the equipment instructions during operation to ensure safety.
