Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT Dry Nitrogen blowing instrument model RHDCY-12 is a sample condensing device using nitrogen purge technology. By blowing nitrogen quickly, continuously and controllably to the surface of the heated sample, the heating temperature is set according to the solvent evaporation rate and boiling point, and a large number of samples are quickly and anaerobic condensed. The instrument adopts an aluminum block bathroom design, which has good heat transfer and uniform heat transfer, which is conducive to rapid heating and temperature control. Each air needle channel of the gas distribution component can be used independently or in combination to avoid cross contamination. It has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, wide range, numerical control digital display, simple and safe operation.
Features
1. Aluminum block bathroom, good heat transfer, uniform heat transfer, conducive to rapid heating and temperature control
2. Nitrogen purge to achieve oxygen-free condensation of liquid samples, and the blowpipes are independent of each other to avoid cross-contamination
3. The air needle channel of the valve assembly can be combined or used alone, with strong flexibility
4. High temperature control accuracy (+/- 0.5 ℃), Temperature range (room temperature + 5 ℃~ 150 ℃), temperature numerical control digital display
5. Easy to calibrate temperature, simple and safe operation, beautiful appearance
Principle
Nitrogen blowing instrument by the dry nitrogen quickly, continuously, controllably blown to the surface of the heated sample, heating temperature is set according to the evaporation rate and boiling point of the condensed solvent, using the excellent heat transfer properties of the aluminum bath to achieve uniform heating, thereby accelerating solvent evaporation, complete the oxygen-free condensing process of the liquid sample.
Steps
1. Set the heating temperature according to the boiling point of the solvent and the evaporation rate
2. Adjust nitrogen flow rate (0~ 15L/min)
3. Place the sample in the module well
4. Start heating and nitrogen purge
5. Monitor condensing process and adjust parameters if necessary
6. Turn off the equipment after condensing
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before operation to avoid electrical hazards
• The set temperature should not exceed 150 ° C to prevent overheating damage
• Nitrogen flow should be controlled within the range of 0~ 15L/min to avoid excessive flow affecting the condensing effect
• Pay attention to sample placement during use and ensure that the air needle is aligned with the surface of the sample
• Regularly check equipment components to keep them clean and prevent contamination
• Turn off the power supply and nitrogen source in time after condensing, saving resources
