Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT Dry Nitrogen blowing instrument model RHDCY-36 features an aluminum block bathroom design with good and uniform heat transfer, which is conducive to rapid heating and temperature control. The instrument achieves oxygen-free rapid condensation of a large number of samples by blowing nitrogen gas onto the heated sample surface quickly, continuously and controllably, and setting the heating temperature according to the solvent evaporation rate and boiling point. The blowpipes are independent of each other to avoid cross-contamination.
Features
1. Aluminum block bathroom, good heat transfer, uniform heat transfer, conducive to rapid heating and temperature control
2. The blowpipes are independent of each other to avoid cross-contamination
3. Each air needle channel of the valve assembly can be combined or used alone
4. Temperature control accuracy, Temperature range, temperature numerical control digital display
5. Easy temperature calibrating, simple operation, safe and reliable
6. Beautiful appearance
Principle
The dry Nitrogen blowing instrument quickly, continuously and controllably blows nitrogen to the surface of the heated sample, sets the heating temperature according to the evaporation rate and boiling point of the condensed solvent, and uses the uniform heat transfer characteristics of the aluminum block bathroom to achieve oxygen-free rapid condensation of the liquid sample.
Steps
1. Set the heating temperature according to the boiling point of the solvent and the evaporation rate
2. Adjust the gas flow meter to control the nitrogen flow
3. Place the sample in the module well
4. Start heating and nitrogen purge to condense
5. Monitoring the process through digital temperature control
6. Set condensing time using timing function
Notice
• Ensure that the nitrogen flow rate is within the range of 0-15L/min
• Heating temperature must not exceed 150 ° C
• Check that the module aperture matches the sample container before operation
• Pay attention to the maximum 200mm limit of the lifting stroke
• Regularly calibrate temperature display accuracy
