Overview
The PUSHEN JTX-V architectural coatings Scrub Resistance Tester is a professional equipment used to test the anti-scrubbing ability of Coating surfaces. The scrubability and anti-abrasion performance of interior-wall Coatings, Wallpaper and carpets are determined by brush or Miscellaneous method. The instrument uses two brushes to accelerate the simulated abrasion and scratch experiments. It supports the use of brushes, scrubbing pads, sponges, cleaning cloths, etc. for comparison tests, and pumps the scrubbing liquid solution to the brush. During the experiment, the pump can be controlled to open or close and the liquid flow can be precisely adjusted.
Features
1. Use two brushes to accelerate the simulation of abrasion and scratching experiments; 2. Support the comparison test of various scrubbing tools, including brushes, scrubbing pads, sponges, cleaning cloths, etc.; 3. Equipped with a liquid delivery system, which can control the opening or closing of the pump and accurately adjust the liquid flow; 4. The counting range is as wide as 0-99999, which is convenient for long-term experimental recording; 5. Compact structure and easy operation.
Principle
The instrument reciprocates on the test surface through two brushes to simulate the abrasion and scratching process in actual use. The scrubbing liquid solution is pumped from the side container to the brush. The pump can be turned on or off during the experiment, and the liquid flow can be precisely adjusted to determine the scrubbing resistance and abrasion resistance of the Coating.
Applications
Interior-Wall Coatings, Wallpaper, Carpets
Standards
GB/T 9755、GB/T 9266、ASTM D 2486、ASTM D 3450、ISO 11998
Steps
1. Prepare test samples, such as interior-wall coatings, wallpaper, or carpets; 2. Install suitable scrubbing tools, such as brushes, scrubbing pads, sponges, or cleaning cloths; 3. Set up the scrubbing liquid solution and connect the pump system; 4. Start the instrument, adjust the scrubbing speed and liquid flow; 5. Start the experiment and record the count; 6. Turn off the instrument and clean the equipment after the experiment.
Notice
• Ensure that the input voltage is 220V AC 50Hz; • Check whether the brush load is 450g before operation; • Regularly clean the brush and liquid delivery system to prevent blockage; • Pay attention to liquid flow regulation during the experiment to avoid overflow; • Disconnect the power supply when the instrument is not in use; • Pay attention to the weight (40kg) during shipment and installation to avoid falling.
